The music on this cd draws heavily from Tibetan tradition to create a listening experience of being set aright. The most common instrument on the cd I think is the voice -- Tibetan overtone chanting, vocal harmonies, & choruses. Goldman also uses singing bowls & other Tibetan bells & instruments -- even Pythagoran tuning forks -- to create music of true balance.

I walked into a Tibetan store on Pearl Street in Boulder Colorado and this cd was playing. I couldnt help but notice how the deep Tibetan chants almost immediately brought me to center. It seemed like the music had an embodying effect on me and brought me to a sense of wholeness. I was looking at different items, as I was trying to find a gift, and the music kept calling my attention. By the time I got to the back of the store, I had to have the cd. Few have had such a noticeable effect on me. I now play this at home sometimes when Im meditating or just as background chant/music. It still has that same effect on me. It transports me to a temple in Tibet where I'm engulfed in the deep deep sounds of healing melodies and chants..... surrounded by compassion; the signature of the Tibetan monks. This cd is a gift to ones sense of being.
