"Healing with Hypnosis" is not like any other hypnosis CD I've listened to. Here voices are overlaid over each other and cleverly intertwined with specially composed music. The voices are rich and soothing with an elegant, relaxing style (Nick Kemp sounds like Richard E Grant !). It is really effective and I love this CD. Don't expect to "hear" everything that is said, just go with the flow. What I particularly like is that just you get into a deep relaxing trance they weave in suggestions about feeling healthy, energised and positive. A few minutes after "waking up" and I feel really good ! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a bit of a lift; or is dealing with health issues; or who wants to feel positive for an interview or presentation. I would even suggest trying it if you are a nervous flyer - listen to it beforehand and during the flight. It can only help the anxiety. A superb piece of work. Highly recommended.

As a fellow hypnotherapist I listened to the CD with interest and was pleasantly surprised at the standard and quality of the content. This is someone who obviously knows her stuff! I can see that this could really help people to focus their attention where needed to assist with the healing process.
