I bought this CD as it was incorrectly listed by Amazon as by Stuart Wilde (I've just submitted a correction to this). Although it is published by Hay House, I found no mention of Stuart Wilde in the notes or on the CD and that's because it's by retired Doctor Bernie S Siegel! At first I was really disappointed as I love Stuart Wilde, but I kept the CD as it was actually quite interesting and googled Bernie and found out more about him and his work. I quote from his Bio as it fits the spirit of this CD: "He is currently working on other books with the goal of humanizing medical education and medical care, as well as, empowering patients and teaching survival behavior to enhance immune system competency.". This CD uses guided imagry narated by Bernie himself and is backed to a Robert Gass soundtrack. The intention is to put you into a healing state of mind and also talks about life and healing and the mind-body-spirit connection. It's quite beautiful, although sometimes it's a bit too smalchy American - mostly it is just lovely and transports you to a heavenly relaxed state and also opens you to the power of the mind-body -spirit concept and the key to self healing. He has done a lot of research on the subject and is a trailblazer in the medical profession, so I recommend this CD to anyone recovering from illness and anyone who wants to maximize your healing potential. It's 51 minutes long.
