BETHANY SIMPSON BEHIND MY SMILE IS HAVING A POSITIVE RESPONSE TO THIS PLAN April 9, 2008 J. simpsom (NORFOLK) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
We had been told time and time again that Bethany diet would not in any way be making her Juvenile Arthritis worse. However after reading your plan and realising that although I though I was giving her a healthy diet she was having a lot of citrus foods. We have been following for 4 days and we are seeing an improvement already. Having a young child on so many drugs and injections is a real worry and if this will help even a bit it will be the answer to all our prays. Thank you

This book cured my 19 year old brother of his juvenile arthritis in less than a year. He had been told he would be in a wheelchair in a few years, and he would never walk properly again. He was taking 8 ibuprofen a day at the time, and still couldn't walk more than a few meters. He is now 100% recovered, has taken NO medication from the doctors (he refused based on the horrendous side effects), and as I write this he is back at work as a plasterer. The doctor who told us that: "diet's are a load of cr*p", is now very interested indeed! He has been discharged from hospital, and he officially doesn't have juvenile arthritis any more!! One note: you must follow the book EXACTLY. It's no good doing bits of it. Once we started doing it 100%, the results came within a matter of months.
I am trying this September 10, 2007 A. J. Ward (uk) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I have been given this book and am trying the diet. I have got headache as part of the detax but hope that this goes soon. I can't move in a morning so am hopeful of a bit of relief. excellent book with interesting information regarding arthritis. Margaret how about some pics in the next edition?
It worked! July 29, 2007 fightnflight (UK) 24 out of 24 found this review helpful
My dad had osteoarthitis for several years that targeted his hands and wrists. The doctor & hospital specialists could do no more that prescribe drugs that did little more than ease the pain, so in desperation I searched around for something which I hoped would relieve his suffering a bit. When I found this book I was of course very sceptical, as was my dad when I gave it to him. He closely followed the diet & supplement regime though (excepting the epsom salt baths - only got a shower!), & he was amazed to find that not only did the pain diminish over several weeks, but the swelling in his hands greatly reduced & his fingers straightened out too. I always thought that the damage caused by crippling arthirtis was irreversible, but when I last spoke to him last he was looking forward to seeing the little finger on his right hand (the last bent one) straighten out in time. The cure is generally based around apple cider vinegar, molasses, honey & a more considered approach to one's diet. Two tips: (1) be patient but stick with it. (2) if the molasses is too hard to take, try mixing it into warm (not hot - you need to preserve the nutrients!) milk or water. I now keep details of this book in my wallet so I can recommend it to anyone I meet who has arthritis.
