Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars The Body-Mind connection and how you can use it   January 24, 2004
Matthias Weinberger (Regensburg, Bayern Deutschland)
Everyone interested in how body and mind work together to create our consciousness, our emotions, our habits and the person we see every morning in the mirror should study this book. The author has done an incredible job of showing the connections between, for example postures, habits and mental states. All the findings mentioned in the book are backed up by scientific evidence and enough references to make even the most skeptic person happy.
In addition, every chapter provides enough practical advice to change small and big things in the way we spend our days and even our lives.
To be able to change something we first have to know how change occurs and what lies in the way of change. This book helps us to do just that. Highly recommended!
