In Soul Power is everything you need to journey safely and happily to spiritual enlightenment. The integrity and sincerity of the author resonates in the words on every page. An account of the smallest experience drawing on it lessons which can be shared with others is more valuable than the grandest theory. It is Nikki's own journey and what she has learned which makes this book of priceless value. Methodically she shines a light on the ego explaining why it is the most subtle obstacle on the spiritual path and shows how it can be recognised and dissolved gently and compassionately.
She offers practical exercises for making what she says a reality in readers lives if they are only humble and courageous enough to try them. Most importantly she demonstrates that there is nothing in the inner life of thoughts, feelings and emotions to be afraid of. She gives each reader the tools and space to find this out for themselves and is proof that spiritual intuitions and insights are available to everyone. With searing honesty she documents her own fall of the ego and I came away with more hope and enthusiasm and more awareness than I have come away from reading most spiritual books. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
