Vivaxis Connection: Healing Through Earth Energies

I found the book quite hard to navigate and wished that there were clearer practical suggestions. There were sections where a suggestion would be made for how to put something into practice and then before following through with the actual suggestion or instructions there would be pages of theoretical discussion which tended to deviate from the initial topic. I found the book frustrating to read as it is very text heavy and doesn't explain its concepts clearly. This may of course be my own lack of understanding and i will give it another attempt.
