This book certainly has made me more aware of 'what's out there' and how to protect myself from it. As a Therapist I have begun to realise that I can be affcted a great deal by what my clients bring into the treatment room, both physically and mentally. Harbour identifies core issues and fills the book with creative visualisations and practical excercises that anyone can do. She offers interesting concepts and backs them up with real life stories. The book is very down to earth, great for those who are advanced in their visalisation and also the complete beginner however, I feel the visualisations offered need other sensory awarenesses and consciousness brought in and would suggest that readers take the concept of the visualisations then create a context that they are more familiar with. This book is an informitive read and is directed to the general public. I feel that it is also a book that therapistss should have on their bookshelf simply not for themselves but as a reference for clients.
