 One of the best books on Taoist Qi Gong February 23, 2008

Six years ago I used this book to establish a Chi flow within my body It was one of the best things I have ever done. This is one of Mantak Chia's first books on Qi Gong and one of his best. I have met many 'Taoists' who have been to seminars and classes who have yet to establish this basic and fundamental yet brilliant technique properly into their practice. For anyone who would like to learn the 'secrets' in a very clear and consice way then I highly recommend this book to them.

unfortunately for people who want to buy this book to practise, you cannot.
at the foreword it gives you a warning NOT to attempt the meditations in this book without a qualified teacher, do so at your own risk.
would'nt have bought oterwise.
