I bought this not expecting too much as most healing or spiritual practices are subtle and work gradually. This, I found is really quite different, and very impressive. I am a Reiki master, so I am used to working with energy, or prana, I know how it feels. Just sitting and listening to the mantras feels like having a powerful Reiki full body treatment. Not only this, but I began to feel really good after the first listen, and ever since, I listen to it every day. I sleep better, I feel brighter and happier, and just generally more positive about being alive. I would highly recommend this to anyone, and if you are suffering from depression, I think this would be especially beneficial for you because I cannot describe the feelings of comfort and spirituality I have experienced just from sitting down and listening to it. I wish I'd discovered it years ago!
