Having "Martial"/Empty-Hand experience in other Arts, and certain more Profound personal experiences, I must recommend this text highly to anyone interested in real Life at greater depths, and, specifically, in energy-related aspects of Life and Qi Gong training. It is excellent additionally in the sense that letting "Nature" work through you is preferred over an Individual's own desires to work the energy as they see fit, a VERY VERY important point ! It's only got 4 stars for Physical practicality reasons of why certain movement is chosen, and because it's not a Video/DVD (i.e text in motion). Good Luck, and ALL Booksellers, please SELL this item !!!
