OK, there are some overlaps with his other books and the end is used to plug courses and tapes but the contents are priceless. At times the style is a little wordy but that's forgiven for the value of the materials.I have already incorporated the spiral naval massage with clients with amazing results. Powerful stuff and well recommended to any healer seriously interested in Eastern techniques.

My main complaint with this author is that he takes 10 pages to say a paragraph. The read is so tiresome that reading this author becomes very unpleasant. For every technique, you learn, you must deal with 10-15 pages of airy-fairy fluff. I would recomend some of the other authors whom are much more direct, and not trying to sell endless courses and books.
