amazing October 29, 2008 S. Hubbard (Mars) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is an eye opener, we forget that such evil is in our society. The readers who say Doreen made this up and say it is nothing but rubbish, well they are very wrong. This is a bad opinion because my husband knows her and my husband was also delivered of demons by the same man who delivered Doreen. Those other bad nonsensical reviews are savage - they probably don't like Christians, they could be the witches, who knows. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT BOOK, YOU WON'T WANT TO PUT IT DOWN.
what a load of rubbish March 1, 2008 K. Filleul 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
i would like to say my gran gave me this book to try and convert me what a load of rubbish!! i would like to inform u obsesive christians that witchcraft and paganism the nature based religion has nothing to do with the devil for we came before the "devil" was invented plus wicca is nature based and goddess and god based balence not 'black magic'. we never slag off your religion so stop slaging ours!!!!
Fake! February 2, 2008 Mr. Steven W. Downey (UK) 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
This book is a fake. If one does their research as I have done instead of gullably accepting a book just because they agree with it, they would realise this fact. The title 'Queen of Witches' is only used in the Alexandrian school of witchcraft but Doreen doesn't mention anything about this particular school. Also no Alexandrian witch has ever heard of her! If she had risen to 'great fame' in witchcraft as she described, they would have certainly known about her. In fact no witchcraft organisations have any record of her at all! She claims to have risen up the ranks very quickly, but all covens have a initiation time of a year and a day. So to be initiated in a couple of months is absurd, particularly as she knows knothing about it. Over time she has altered her story. For example she describes how someone else killed a cockerell in her initiation, but a few years later she said she had to bite the head off herself.
Oh this book May 14, 2007 Raine (London) 6 out of 13 found this review helpful
I read this book thinking that it would be a mind opener. Alas i felt that like most things in life it is someone thoughts. I come from a line of Witches and i practice the Craft often. I felt that this book did not explore the beauty and truth that the craft is all about. Though its possible that when she was in a dark place everything was being turn dark. I just felt that this book did not speak the truth about the Craft and wicca or witchcraft. Or what ever you decide to call it.
Life saver for anyone involved in witchcraft/wicca March 12, 2007 Mr. James P. Hudson (UK) 9 out of 15 found this review helpful
THE LONGER YOU ARE INVOLVED WITH WICCA, THE HARDER IT IS TO LEAVE. This book is a life saver for anyone involved in witchcraft. That inludes what people term as 'real' witchcraft. It is all the work of the devil, although it may not always seem that way. Lucifer/Satan, the great deceiver is more than a little crafty.
