The author has a wonderful way of simplifying the journey through your chakras. Each chakra is explained in a very clear and understandable way. Then you taken through simple excercises and meditations. It is very powerful and can really help you heal major aspects of your life. You come out feeling much more confident and happy about life as a whole. It helps to improve so many aspects of your life from relationships to career and much more. You might also want to buy the tape (the author has such a relaxing, empathetic voice to help you through your journey) it really is worth every penny :-)

If you have an open mind and a wish to personally grow and achieve enlightenment and peace of mind, this is a valuable read. I have found it to be catalytic to working on my own personal development and feel the benefits that this reflection has had. It challenges your perspective and stimulates thinking on what is important within this life.

the author takes you on a soul searching journey through your life,sometimes painful,sometimes consolling,but ,in my opinion , necessary!
