My dad bought me this book from a holiday in Canada, and I can't get enough of it. All the recipes I have made have come out really well, and are not complicated. there is lots of variety and all the recipes are kosher and healthy. I am looking forward to having my "low fat" cheesecake, this Shavuos and eating it without guilt!
