very impressive for 14 January 4, 2009 Kevin Watson (Hereford, UK) I was looking for a set of headphones for everyday use, and having been a bit of a audiophile in the past I was expecting to pay 60+ for a semi decent set. I stumbled across this product in the Amazon catalogue and expected the reviews to be mostly poor to middling. How wrong I was, so I thought I'd give them a try. They arrived the next day and I plugged them in to my now ancient Arcam amplifier and put on The Dark Knight blu ray disc. I was astonished to find that the definition and tonal range I expected to pay 60 for was here in these 14 'phones. Anyone who is wondering if these are 'ok' then wonder no more. They are very good. The headband is comfortable and the driver housings svivel nicely. The cord is plenty long enough and theres a gold plated adaptor in the box to go up to a 1/4" stereo jack. These are terrific value for money and are pretty decent along with it.
cheap not so cheerfull December 31, 2008 F. Terrasse (brighton, uk) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
dont make my mistake, they are cheap headphone, no secret, they might be light and sound ok BUT they are still very poor indeed.
Good sound but not loud enough December 28, 2008 R. Hollis (UK) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The headphones were excellent value. I found the quality of the sound to be pretty good with excellent clarity. However, I wanted to use them on the train to work but found that they let too much sound in and were not loud enough to hear the music clearly throughout my journey. The cable is also rather long which is not always ideal.
Nice Plastic and BAD Sound!!! December 20, 2008 A. Asaulenko (london) 1 out of 5 found this review helpful
I tested it with nokia n95(8), iPod, Aiwa HiFi stereo, PodXT live - The sound is a Poor on low frz. and to much High frz. This headphones just a money for nothing. Compare to Creative fatality - Sennheiser sound very badly. (Creative Fatality is also bad, but not So Bad) My advise - have test at the any shop before buying. And try to find something better (or more expensive model of Sennheiser). I just cant understand why Sennheiser produce **** like that.
I thought music wasn't supposed to sound this good December 19, 2008 Ms. M. A. Clarke (chelmsford engaland) These headphones give my record collection a new sense of life. These headphones are well worth the price and i hear things in songs i have never heard before.
