For the price these pouches are extremely good value for money. No they wont protect your lenses from knocks, but what do you expect for this price. However if you want a cover for your lenses and are then intending to put them in a proper camera bag or case these are perfect. I'll be getting more when I need them

This lens case will stop your lens getting scratched when you put it inside a larger bag. It will not protect it from even slight impact though. It is incredibly thin material, with hardly any protective padding. If squeezed, it feels no thicker than the external material.
