Fantastic service quick delivery. TV easy to set up. picture great
but i found that the adjustment for picture a bit involved and i dont seem to be able to get a setting that works well for all programmes.
and worst of all the sound is terrible. sounds like a hand held radio, and the housing vibrates to the sound. If i'd bought this from a shop this feature alone would have made me purchase a different make. I would like to return, but it seems that returns will not be accepted unless product is faulty.

I like this TV - it has a good picture quality for watching TV and DVDs, and playing games on my boyfriends PS3. My boyfriend noticed though that there's a lag when playing FIFA 09 on the PS3 on this TV and has fiddled with settings but can't fix it. He's never had this problem when using the same game & PS3 with his TV (an earlier Samsung) so concludes it's a problem with the TV, but this doesn't affect ym usage of it so I'm still happy.

Excellent service from Amazon. The TV was a dream to set up and I didn't need my 8 year old granddaughter to do it either. I've had it for over 2 months now and find it excellent in use - super picture and sound. The handset can be a pain if picked up and operated the wrong way round - then things do go haywire. Only real problem was with words that disappeared off the edge of the screen but that was down to my Sky box being set on letterbox mode, easily corrected once I figured it out. Can't recommend the TV too highly.

First I'll get the Negatives out of the way:
Ordered this TV last Friday and got Express delivery. T arrived on Saturday via CItylink, But arrived open and faulty, so was not best pleased.
Having phoned up customer service and they were VERY accommodating, so having re-placed my order the Tv arrived this Tuesday.
Now on to the Positives:
Brand New, Easy to set up and now very pleased with it. One of the best buys of the year! I was quite concerned with the sound when i was looking in to purchasing the TV but actually very impressed with it. Sound very good, good black and very stylish. Brilliant TV.

I ordered this television a week ago and I have to say it is utterly fantastic. The TV picture on the freeview is crisp and very sharp. However, when watching football (I do not have a HD receiver) the image is quite blurred at times. But when wired up to an Xbox the results are truly mind blowing. The picture is gloriously crisp - a far cry from the old widescreen set I was using. If you own an Xbox or PS3 this television set is worth buying just for that.
There are a vast number of HD TV sets out there which also get fantastic reviews. However, the sleek design and superb remote control beat the rival models for me.
