3 out of 5 stars works fine for what it is   November 9, 2008

though the case is overpriced it does seem to get the job done, the tough plastic does provide extra protection whilst not hindering the ipods use. It has access to the the Hold Switch, Dock Connector and Headphone Port.

the real downside is the difficulty in getting it off, it needs sharp nails and brute force and this is necessary as dust eventually gets onto the screen.

However if the price came down, I would not advise against getting this, it works fine for what you need it to do.

1 out of 5 stars Eternally... worthless!   November 5, 2008

I just got this case, stupidly ignoring people saying that you can't remove it from the ipod again. I tried it a couple of times without the ipod and it was fine. But once you get your (poor) ipod in there, that's it! It's stuck and you can't do anything... unless you're as stubborn as I am and are determined to remove it. I did. With a screwdriver. And as you all imagine, I scratched my completely new ipod:( I can't believe I paid money to protect the device and destroyed it instead!!!
As for the case itself, it's quite strong (took me a while to break). It looks nice and light. Fits perfectly. It's all what they say it is, but dust can still get inside and cannot be removed. If you are not planning on removing it again, go on and buy it. I threw it away.

4 out of 5 stars An expensive bit of plastic!   October 7, 2008

At first i thought i would be slightly rubbery plastic like lots of other ipod cases, but its not. I also thought it looked like ice, but it doesnt. I also thought it was expensive, and it is. But I admit I got it free with a deal (on amazon) that has probally finished now.

Although this all must sound pretty bad, its actually a nice case. Its clear, Resistant against scrathes and greesy marks, easilly accessible to all ports on ipod, it does look and feel better then I thought (though i liked the icey idea). Stays on a little too much, very hard to get off, but then why would you want to?

but there is troble removing as I can't remove it at all. It competely covers my ipod to protect it which is a good thing but once on can't remove which is a bad thing

1 out of 5 stars dumb...   October 4, 2008

I've only had it on 10 minutes and it's got dust below it already. And how do you take it off? It appears to be totally sealed on and I can't work out how to remove it. There are no instructions on the box either. This is a rip-off!

Oh- it scratches quite quickly and is very reflective.
