1 out of 5 stars Tefal One cup   November 28, 2008
R. Broadbent (Grays, Essex United Kingdom)
This is a very disappointing product.
We are now on our 3rd and I will not be getting another
It works great fro 2 weeks and then the water becomes tepid. No amount of descaling will revive it.
Great idea, bad product!

4 out of 5 stars the best device ever!!!!   November 28, 2008
Mrs. C. L. Fordyce (Kent, England)
I ablsolutely love my quickcup. I did hesitate and waited a couple of months due to all the bad reports I had read. Its not perfect. The filter is not quite up to the standard of my brita water filter thus one star deducted. the quickcup is "quick". I make tea, coffee, hot choc, anything even cupasoup. My tea is as good as any. Its even great when we have visitors exp. when each person wants a different drink. EXCELLENT!! Well done Tefal.

5 out of 5 stars Best cup of tea in the world   November 28, 2008
A. Ferguson (UK)
I can't believe all the other reviews of this. I am an avid tea drinker, I truly believe a cup of tea solves everything and I bought one of these for my boyfriend who is an avid coffee drinker and it is fantastic. As it filters the water it is the best cup of tea and coffee ever. Granted it does splurt a little which is our only complaint but I am so impressed by the one I bought in April that I am buying one for my mum for christmas and another for my own house.

5 out of 5 stars brillant   November 26, 2008
Ms. Sarah Robson (uk)
when i first opened the box & took out the kettle the first thought was OMG!! its huge and what a weird shape lol for some strange reason i was expecting the traditional kettle shape.
im not disappointed with it, best product i brought in ages, instant hot water or just filtered water
just press one button and the water comes out just the rite amount for a mug of tea/coffee
the only thing which is annoying is that it is very noisey, sounds louder than a coffee machine
over all tho i def give it 5 out of 5starsTefal Quick Cup - Hot and Cold Water in 3 Seconds

1 out of 5 stars Simple laws of physics...   November 24, 2008
sb
...cannot be avoided, even by Tefal. To heat half a pint of water from 20 C to 100 C with a normal 13A mains supply cannot be done in under 30 seconds, it's physically impossible.
