Hoop easy to put together and comfortable to use, but the video is pretty uninspiring - and you need LOADS of room if you are not to have a cat/cheeseplant/aromatherapy candle related accident. If you haven't got room to shift the furniture well out of the way, or don't want to be seen gyrating in the garden, I wouldn't bother with this (or any other hoop, to be fair). Also, dogs try to join in - stick them in the kithcen.
