Tougher than it looks ! October 1, 2008 Mr. S. A. Marshall I was surprised how strong and robust this stepper is when it arrived ! Just done my first work out on it and after just 10 mins i was shattered ! i consider myself quite a fit person but this certainly put me through it. I will post again after a month of usage
Great for exercise at home! October 1, 2008 Anna A. Andreeva (London, UK) First of all, quick dispatch and delivery. The instructions were totally useless, but after some logical thinking I managed to make it work. Very compact and nice for a home exercise. The stepper seems reliable and difficult to break. Very price-worthy :)))
Two machines received - both faulty September 3, 2008 Natalie (UK) Unfortunately I've never had the opportunity to properly try the stepper, which I had bought for a friend's birthday. The steps of the first machine did not adjust properly and second was missing parts. It's very unimpressive!
Out Of Step September 1, 2008 Thewhitesettler (Scotland) I bought this about 6 months ago, and it has been great fun, however, the rubber stopper underneath the heal-end, of the stepper broke off, I managed to glue it back on. Now one of the straps has snapped, and I'm a bit cheesed off about it, but on the whole it's very good, for the price, I still like it, and it's better than other fitness machines I've used in the past.
Jogging or Stepping? August 24, 2008 Riviley (UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I got this after alot of study. Price and reviews of this product definitely got me sold - however, I am not convinced. The differences between the resistance levels are minimum, which means once you find one level of stepping easy, there is very little you can do to increase the difficulty... leaving you with "stepping more" as your only option. I would definitely recommend this as a support to additional training / jogging that you may do, but not as the only form of keeping fit - especially if you want to tone.
