I purchased this product about 3 weeks ago. After searching through so many different types of vibration training equiptment, I decided to go for this particular one because it was a well-known brand and the customer reviews for this product were so positive. Usually I am not very good at putting items like this together but I managed to assemble it by myself in 20 mins. I have used this apparatus consistently for 3 weeks and have noticed a significant difference in my body. Everything is more toned, I feel more energised and my skin is luminous. You can see as soon as you come off the machine that your circulation is being boosted. It is well worth the money and is easy to store. I would recommend this product to all.

Just got the machine yesterday, easy to put together, no parts missing, got on it first time and boy did i feel the vibrations!! really does work your muscles and if try the different positions you can tell it's done you good. You can feel that a 60min workout can be done in 20mins on this, brill so far. Only prob, manual could have had bit more on the exercise side but still good, you might wanna your neighbours!

I bought one of these machines as i suffer from FMS, Emphysema,+ osteo arthitis i'm very limited to exercising after using this machine i felt amazing as it's strengthening muscles and given me the energy to get about more than i usually would, i feel as if i have won the lotto and certainley recommend one...

After hours researching all the different types of Vibration trainers available I went for this one as it looked sturdy and was not too expensive. I am glad I did, good price, easy to assemble and use, fairly quiet and easy to move around. I have been using it for 15-20 mins every 2-3 days for about 4 weeks and have seen good results in that time. My muscles are more defined and toned, legs have firmed up and bum not so wobbly. My skin seems to be glowing more too. I think this product is WELL worth the money and would recommend it. The only complaint I would have is the manual is very basic, but I just looked up other ones on the internet and follow those. I wish I had brought it months ago.

I too think the manual is useless. What i want to know is how many reps of each pose, at what speed and for how long each time? Have not managed to fid anything very definitive on the internet either.
I do really feel it in my legs, the sensation of using it is
strange at first but not unp-leasant. I like using it after a long day on my feet just to massage them and my calves!
Would have liked resistance bands attached like some other makes, but who can gripe at the price?
