Product Description NSD Powerball Gyroscope Introducing the NSD Powerball - one of the most unique and dynamic products available on the web today - 8 world records and counting! Explosive, dynamic, exciting NSD Powerball! NSD Powerball is a dynamic and completely revolutionary new gyroscope that literally explodes with mind numbing torque and inertia once you activate its internal rotor. Extreme NSD Powerball! It's about the same size as a tennis ball and weighs just a little more, but take a NSD Powerball in your hand, set that rotor in motion with the cord provided (or use your finger when you get used to it) and you'll experience an extraordinary sensation: Power ball slowly comes alive with gyroscopic force - a sublime yet pleasant resistance to your movement which is transmitted directly into your wrist and arms and which provides soothing, non impact rehabilitation at these lower speeds.

addictive ball of fun November 21, 2008 C. Baddeley (merseyside) when i first had a go of this i thought oh no! another bad buy like the pucchi pucchi stashed in the back of a draw somewhere. but no! after a few goes i started to get the hang of it, that was it then i was hooked. make sure you get the one with the counter so you can see how fast you can spin it then you will try your best to better your last score. anyway be careful because you will suffer the next day. ive tryed various exercise equipment over the years and never felt forearm 'burn' like this before. addictive and great exercise for the arms. just received the metal version look out for a review.
Very nice indeed. November 20, 2008 T. Westerhouse I bought this a few weeks ago after stumbling upon it and reading all the positive reviews. I have to say I was a little skeptical at first, but I have become a big fan. Already in a few weeks of use I feel a big difference in arm strength and my mild pains from working on computers all day have all but disappeared. And if you want the Kung-Fu grip, this is the thing for you. Getting it to spin really isnt that hard, I had it down after a few attempts after watching videos on Youtube and once you get it to spin, it is kind of like riding a bike, it is really not difficult to do. It may not be as effective as weights, but after a couple months you should have some very strong arms, and a monster grip. When it gets spinning at high RPM's you have to hold it tighter, and the faster it spins the harder it is to hold on to. But the big difference to weights is...it is FUN. I look forward to coming home at night after work and giving it a whirl. I highly recommend this product, but beware, it can be very addictive! EDIT- After watching Youtube videos I wondered if it as loud as it seems on some of those videos. It is not. It simply sings a nice hum which definitely won't bother the neighbors even if you live in an apartment.
what a ball I'm having October 28, 2008 tu nombre es (Exmouth Devon U.K.) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
after I managed to get the ball rolling so to speak (it takes a while but stick with it) it's great fun I use it because I have been suffering from mild RSI I type and write a lot ..it has done wonders for my wrist and as suggested in the "blurb" it does build up strength .As I mentioned it does take a while to get things going but once you have it's like riding a bike no matter how long a space of time you leave in between using it you can then pick it up and off you go again .I highly recommend one
Great fun, strengthens forearms rapidly! October 20, 2008 Mr. Iain B. Simpson (Aberdeen, Scotland) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought a powerball two weeks ago and have used it for 15-30 minutes almost every day since. Not only is is fun and relaxing, it is an incredible tool for developing your wrists and forearms. I now type faster, grip better and have gained a lot of dexterity and strength in my hands. I feel myself improving and have went from a max. of 8000 rpm to 10000 rpm already. It's a lot of fun trying to beat your high score! You can end up pulling some very funny faces in the attempt. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who uses their hands (so that's everyone). The benefits are almost instant. Also, it's not very expensive.

Hard to get the hang of using and when you do I don't feel it that effective. Very over rated
