So simple.

Open the waterproof flap.

Pop the card in.

Put the flap back making sure it has seated correctly to give a waterproof seal.

Turn on and enjoy superb mapping that is as clear as having the OS map in your hand, but with the added ability to zoom in on the map.

Recommended, an excellent product for an excellent product.
