2 out of 5 stars What a jerk   March 21, 2007

His rambling, incoherent teaching methods, his digressions that go nowhere, the sudden & important details he'll forget to mention except as an afterthought, etc.

5 out of 5 stars The new updated version on DVD   November 11, 2005

this new version I have found is much better than the original, and is much easier to folow, I had improvements almost strait away and would recomend it to anyone wanting to learn the basic Tai Chi form. It also has the basic standing Qigong, which is great for beginners.

3 out of 5 stars i find it hard to get into   August 10, 2001

i found this video difficult to follow,i have gone back to it time and time again, the main problem is when the instructor says move your left leg or right arm etc.when looking at the screan it seems as if he is using the opposite limbs and i found it confusing,my limbs were going in all directions to no avail.Maybe i will try it again sometime but at the moment i feel more stressed after doing this than i did before i started it.
