This is one of the best products on the market for people that need additional calcium supplements. It is particularly wonderful for gastric bypass patients and others with malabsorption issues. It is so fine and mixes very easily without being grainy or having any taste. It can be added to any type of liquid and is a fantastic product. Absolutely wonderful for me as I have no stomach and am unable to absorb any nutrients from food, this is an easy way to get calcium citrate without having to take over 24 capsules a day. Wonderful product, I give it 2 thumbs up.

I am almost 14 months out from gastric bypass surgery, and Vitamins and supplements are ESSENTIAL to my maintaining my good health. Calcium citrate is an ABSOLUTE MUST for me, and I had tried several different pill forms. Someone recommended the UpCalD to me, and I am sold! You can take it on its own (think pixie stick, just not quite as sweet), or I've been told that you can mix it in with drinks or food without it affecting the taste (I've never tried this).
If calcium - GOOD calcium - is essential to maintaining your good health, I highly recommend this product! It doesn't matter if you've had gastric bypass surgery (or any other WLS) like me, or if you just know you need to supplement your calcium. Calcium citrate is the BEST choice, as it's most absorbable, and UpCalD is the easiest way I have found to take it!
